Synopsis
The Digital Architect is responsible for defining and governing scalable, secure, and customer-focused digital solutions across web, mobile, conversational AI, and airline commerce platforms. The role focuses on Amadeus, Digital APIs, booking, servicing, integration, and cross-platform channels, including Ionic-based and AI conversational applications. The role works with business, product, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and delivery teams to align solutions with enterprise strategy, architecture standards, and customer experience objectives. It also promotes specification-based and AI-assisted development to improve delivery quality, traceability, and governance.
