Role Purpose  
The Digital Accessibility & Analytics Specialist is responsible for ensuring all digital brand platforms are compliant with global accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) while maintaining robust data tracking and tagging integrity. This role bridges the gap between technical compliance, user experience, and business intelligence. 
Key Responsibilities  
1. Accessibility Strategy & Governance   
Backlog Management:  Lead monthly refinement sessions with Client Product Owners and consultants to prioritize the accessibility backlog in ServiceNow. 
Audit & Compliance:  Perform regular accessibility audits using automated tools and manual screen-reader testing to identify gaps in components.
