Conduct nutrition assessments and provide evidence-based dietary interventions.Develop personalised nutrition plans and monitor client outcomes.Support clients, families and carers with education and practical advice.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary allied health team to deliver holistic care.Manage your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy. About you
Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD).Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience.Strong clinical, communication and relationship-building skills.Experience working with older adults or in community health is highly regarded.Current Victorian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel. Why VMCH?
