Dietary Manager

SPRINGFIELD VILLA, located in Springfield, Missouri is currently seeking a dietary manager to join our team.

Dietary Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily food service operations in our facility


• Recruit, hire, and train new staff members


• Instruct staff on how to prepare the meals 


• Maintain the inventory of our kitchens


• Work within a budget 


• Ensure that meals are prepared and delivered in sanitary ways


• Create and manage the kitchen staff schedule

Dietary Manager Qualifications and Skills:

• Dietary manager certification is preferred


• Previous experience in food services (management experience preferred)


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills


• Ability to meet the dietary needs of our diverse population of patients
