Diamond Jewellery Specialist - Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Consultation: Guide customers on diamond jewellery – engagement rings, bridal sets, solitaires, and daily wear.
• Product Expertise: Strong knowledge of Diamond 4Cs, grading, certification, gemstones, BIS Hallmark, HUID, and making charges.
• Sales & Targets: Drive sales for the new diamond showroom and achieve business objectives.
• Customer Relationships: Provide luxury service, understand customer needs, and build long‑term relationships.
• Showroom Setup Support: Assist in merchandising, display, and maintaining premium presentation standards.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on diamond jewellery trends and bridal buying behavior.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in diamond jewellery retail sales. Proven track record in the diamond jewellery category required.
