This role is responsible for ensuring production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in line with the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will provide both technical and leadership direction, driving process improvements, compliance, and team development. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily Diamond Cut operations to achieve production and quality objectives. Plan and control material and resource flow within the Diamond Cut area.
