We are recruiting for a Dialysis Access Clinical Nurse Specialist who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
If you are successful in this role you will need to be a recognised expert in the specialty and responsible for assessing, developing and implementing specialist nursing care programs and undertaking specialist nursing procedures responsible for providing specialist advice and support to, and liaising with, other staff.
You will primary be responsible in identify training needs, support and development for nurses and care support workers in renal inpatient wards as well as support the educational programme for the renal medical team, and implementing a clearly defined integrated approach to patient care encompassing new treatments and evidence based care.
