Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic + Overtime at 1.5x + Performance-Based Bonus

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire

Group: Part of a well-capitalised group employing 200 staff across the Thames Valley, operating with strong family values

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday + Saturday mornings on a 1 in 4 rota
