+ JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Education
+ Current licensure or permit as a Practical Nurse in the state of Arkansas.
+ Experience
+ Knowledge of clinic policiesprocedures, practices, techniques, and equipment as acquired through orientation. Knowledge of computer software such as Windows, Office and internet use.
+ Physical
+ Normal clinic environment. Exposure to biological hazards. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Distinguish smells. Distinguish temperatures by touch and proximity. Frequent exposure to fumes, odors and water. Lifting up to 100 lbs. Carrying up to 40 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 350 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping and reaching and occasional stress related to patient load.
