Clinical Nursing Care
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs monitoring blood glucose checks and diabetes-related evaluations.
- Assist in diabetes management including insulin administration medication management and patient education.
- Support physicians and specialists during consultations medical procedures and treatments.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient records treatment plans and follow-ups in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Complete and send visit summaries to patients in a timely manner ensuring clear communication of treatment plans medication changes and follow-up instructions.
Data Collection & Research
- Collect and record patient health data including blood glucose levels weight blood pressure and other relevant health metrics.
