DFT Engineer

DFT Engineer – Job Description
We are hiring experienced DFT Engineers for VLSI/ASIC projects.
Job Responsibilities
Implement and verify DFT architecture for complex SoCs/ASICs
Perform scan insertion, scan stitching, and DFT rule checks
Generate ATPG patterns and analyze fault coverage
Work on MBIST, LBIST, and JTAG implementation
Debug simulation and pattern-related issues
Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, and Verification teams
Support silicon bring-up and production testing activities
Required Skills
Strong understanding of DFT concepts and methodologies
Hands-on experience in:
Scan insertion & compression
ATPG
MBIST/LBIST
JTAG/Boundary Scan
Fault simulation & coverage analysis

Preferred Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics or related field
Experience in SoC/ASIC design flow
Strong debugging and scripting skills (Perl/Python/TCL)
