DevOps Service Analyst: WMS, ITIL, 24/7 Support

PepsiCo is looking for a DevOps analyst in San Nicolás de los Garza, Mexico, to support the Supply Chain & Planning capability. You will drive change adoption and enhance service delivery across the user base for critical processes 24/7.

This position requires strong IT knowledge, especially around incident resolution in warehouse management systems and ERP interfaces. You will manage change requests and support various sites in addressing non-vendor defects and issues. Optional development programs and a flexibility program for work-life balance are also offered.
