Job Overview
Serve as the onsite DevOps point of contact coordinating deployment, installation, and support activities in close collaboration with the central internal DevOps team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end product installation and deployment cycles on client premises, ensuring smooth handoffs between internal engineering teams and onsite infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments (Azure, OCI Public or OCI Dedicated Region), assisting with provisioning, configuration, and environment setup.
- Monitor system health, application uptime, and infrastructure performance; elevate and coordinate incident resolution with internal teams.
- Execute and support CI/CD pipeline operations, releases, patches, and version upgrades on site.
