Customer Solutions & Integrations Engineering (CSIE) is a core function within Cloud Observability, responsible for driving adoption, customer success, and end‑to‑end solution delivery across the Cloud Observability Suite.

Job Summary
As a Customer Solutions & Integrations Engineer, you will deliver end‑to‑end Cloud Observability solutions by combining hands‑on integration engineering with customer onboarding, enablement, and post‑support. The role requires close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and sustained usage of observability services.
