What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and monitor application deployments, infrastructure changes, and technical operations, including server migrations and planned maintenance activities.
Create, maintain, and improve operational procedures, technical documentation, and production runbooks.
Document application architecture, technical components, operational processes, and monitoring requirements.
Manage application releases and coordinate production deployments with Development, Infrastructure, Database, Network, and Systems teams.
Oversee job scheduling and batch processing, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.
Monitor production environments, investigate incidents, and actively contribute to troubleshooting and service restoration.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve application stability, automation, and operational excellence.
