Overview

You will lead by example — writing high-quality code, setting engineering standards, and guiding your team to deliver robust, secure, and innovative software solutions. The stack includes .NET , React , Python , and SQL , with a strong emphasis on AI/ML integration through technologies such as RAG , LLMs , and OpenAI .

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable backend services in .NET (C#) and Python , and responsive frontends in React .
• Oversee technical planning, estimations, and sprint execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Guide the implementation of robust database solutions using SQL Server , PostgreSQL , or other relational databases.
• Champion best practices in engineering: clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, cloud deployments (preferably Azure ).
