Development Engineer

Asset Development team in Neste refinery in Tuas South.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of investment projects in accordance with Neste's Plant investment principles, conducting technical and business evaluations, preparing investment concepts, and leading pre-study and feasibility studies to finalize project scope for definition and execution decisions.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and start‑up planning, ensuring a smooth transition from development to operation.
• Develop expertise in leading investment project development according to Neste PIPE model; facilitate Business Engineering Alignment meetings, provide training on investment management processes, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in asset development, investment systems, and processes.
