Development Engineer for Electrical Automation Maintenance

We are seeking a development engineer for electrical automation maintenance at our investment‑focused specialty paper mill in Tervakoski. The role combines technical development, maintenance, troubleshooting and supervisory support in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical equipment, software and preventive maintenance strategies for the plant.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation issues.
• Substitute for work supervisors when required.
• Provide training and inductions to staff as a technical expert.
• Participate in investment projects, including the new production line and procurement proposals.
• Support on‑call duties after gaining plant familiarity.

Qualifications

• Suitable degree as an engineer or Master of Science in Engineering (e.g., electrical automation engineer).
