Responsibilities
- Ownership of Quality Metrics: Take full ownership of the Service Quality Index (IQS) and the Bug Score indicator for the squads you coordinate, ensuring continuous improvement in systemic quality and proactive prioritization of fixes.
- SLA Assurance (Support Tickets): Fully own the management of support tickets for the squads to ensure service deadlines are met with excellence.
- Leadership in Post-Mortems: Lead deep investigations after incidents that cause instability, eliminating superficial analyses and diving into the true root causes (development failures, QA, processes, diagnostics or communication).
- Instrumentation and Predictability: Structure weekly executive reports of operational metrics to provide actionable information to engineering and executive leadership.
