Job Description
- Must have experience in SAP Business Suite- Basis, solution manager, ERP and CRM- Technically fluent in Operating System (Unix/Windows/Linux), Database (SAP HANA, SAP- ASE, Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/MaxDB) administration- Must have exp on Basis production support activities- System monitoring, Performance optimization and troubleshooting, transport- Administration- Must have handled a team of 15 to 20 L1 & L2 consultants- Understanding on the ITIL framework
