Desktop Support Technician
Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a large-scale Epic
readiness initiative focused on identifying and documenting IT equipment across hospital
environments.
This is a hands-on, high-volume role ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and
comfortable working onsite in structured environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Walk hospital floors and departments to locate IT equipment
• Identify devices such as:
o Desktops, laptops, monitors
o Workstations on Wheels (WOWs)
o Printers and peripherals
• Document device presence in Excel or tracking tools
• Follow structured checklists and daily assignments
