Desktop Support & Helpdesk Specialist

South African Postbank SOC Limited is seeking a desktop support specialist to provide technical assistance across the organisation’s IT equipment and peripherals. You will perform workstation setup for new staff, troubleshoot telephonically, apply timely software updates and support IT training needs.

Responsibilities include updating the helpdesk on task completion, participating in IT project rollouts, and maintaining smooth operations for users in Pretoria and Bloemfontein locations.
