Job Description
The Desktop Support Analyst will provide desktop computing support to academic and administrative university departments, offering timely, accurate solutions for Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, and Linux technologies, as well as mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
Core Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues in a tier 1/2 support role.
- Manage and contribute to technical projects.
- Provide one‑on‑one and small group training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date technical documentation.
- Document requests for technical assistance and associated problem resolution.
Project Responsibilities
- Act as a project resource, implementing new infrastructure and refreshing desktop hardware.
