Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join a manufacturing environment on a contract assignment. This onsite role is ideal for a hands-on team member who can provide dependable end-user support, troubleshoot workstation issues, and help maintain a stable desktop computing environment. The position will support daily technical operations while assisting with a Windows 11 deployment across the organization during a 5-month engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite desktop support for employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based workstations, ensuring devices are set up according to operational standards.
• Support the rollout of Windows 11 by preparing machines, assisting with upgrades, and addressing post-deployment user issues.
