Overview
Hands-on Desktop Support role in a fast-paced corporate IT environment. Mac-heavy environment, but still supporting both Mac and Windows systems. Strong focus on desk-side troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and day-to-day employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage ticket queue (ServiceNow)
- Provide desk-side support (devices, peripherals, setups)
- Support laptop lifecycle (imaging, repairs, secure wipes)
- Support iOS and Android devices
- Assist with VPN, Wi-Fi, and user access issues
