Full-time, Permanent Roles & Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Windows Standard Operating Environment (SOE) images using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune Create and manage application packaging for deployment across the enterprise Develop and maintain task sequences for OSD (Operating System Deployment) Manage Windows patching rings and update compliance using Update rings for Windows 10/11 Create and enforce configuration baselines and compliance policies Troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures and application compatibility issues Maintain driver libraries and firmware update processes for all endpoint models Collaborate with security team to ensure endpoint hardening and compliance Generate reports on endpoint health, compliance, and deployment status Document SOE standards, build processes, and troubl...
