Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Desktop Engineer cum Admin to join our IT team and ensure our internal technology environment operates efficiently, securely, and reliably.
Responsibilities
 Ensure standard desktop applications are regularly patched and updated. 
 Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. 
 Perform root cause analysis for network problems, performance issues, and hardware failures. 
 Prepare, install, and configure technologies and applications to support the operating systems and platforms used by the company. 
 Prepare IT status reports. 
 Implement, monitor, and maintain the security of systems and company data. 
 Manage the company's network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and access points.
