Job Description
1 Year Contract under Agency Headcount, Renewable.
Responsibilities:
1. System Setup and Maintenance Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc. Set up operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and required software applications Ensure systems are updated with the latest patches, drivers, and security updates
2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers or vendors when necessary Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing syst
3. System Security and Compliance Implement endpoint protection tools such as antivirus, encryption, and firewalls Enforce IT policies, security protocols, and access controls Support compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or internal audit requirements
