Responsibilities 1. System Setup and Maintenance- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Set up operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and required software applications.
- Ensure systems are updated with the latest patches, drivers, and security updates.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers or vendors when necessary.
