Desktop Engineer Cum Admin

Responsibilities Ensure desktop environment standard apps are patched regularly Managing Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID Perform root cause analysis, network problems, troubleshooting performance issues and hardware failures Prepare, install and configure technologies and applications to ensure support on operating system and platforms of company assets Prepare IT status reports Follow, implement, and maintaining the security of systems and data Managing network environment (Firewall, Router, Access Point) Requirements Minimum Diploma in IT preferred or HR At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience Understanding of IT, and Cloud Computing Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and sometimes Linux.
