Responsibilities
- Be a trusted member of our team by providing advanced desktop and end-user support, ensuring seamless operations for a global team efficiently.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware.
- Support operating systems (Windows, macOS) and enterprise applications.
