Designer

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital experiences, from early concepts and customer journeys through to high-fidelity UI
• Translate customer and business needs into clean, clear and user-friendly solutions
• Contribute to our Design System, helping shape and evolve patterns and components that scale beautifully across BNZ
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, researchers, and content designers to bring ideas to life
• Use research and data to inform your work, and champion the needs of our customers in every decision
• Prototype, test and iterate – you’ll learn quickly what works (and what doesn’t)
• Participate in regular design critiques with the wider team, expect to give and receive thoughtful, constructive feedback
• Help raise the bar for design craft, accessibility and consistency across our products
• Balance speed and quality with AI.
