Designer, Parents Gateway (MOE)

Purpose & Objectives

The Designer will contribute to design and user experience efforts focused on enhancing Parents Gateway and related initiatives within the Parents Domain. This role requires a user‑centred design approach to improve digital touchpoints for parents, school administrators, and MOE stakeholders – simplifying how families engage with schools and access key services.

What you will be working on

Objectives:

• Develop user‑centric solutions that improve the experience of parents and school users interacting with Parents Gateway and related Parents Domain products.
• Apply UX design methodologies to understand user needs, optimise user journeys, and improve usability across web and mobile platforms.
• Contribute to the design‑thinking process to create intuitive, accessible, and practical digital solutions for the Parents Domain.
