Overview

A well‑established secondary school in South Birmingham is seeking a Design Technology Teacher for an immediate start through to July 2026. This is a full timetable position teaching all DT strands excluding Textiles.

Role

You will deliver Design Technology across KS3 and KS4, covering:

• Resistant Materials
• Product Design
• Graphics
• Engineering / Core DT
• No Textiles required

You will be expected to:

• Plan and deliver structured, practical lessons
• Maintain high standards of behaviour
• Manage workshop spaces safely and effectively
• Assess and track pupil progress
