Job Description
We are looking for a Design System Lead to supervise, foster collaboration and step-up the level of a talented team of UX/UI designers (mix of internals & externals) and IT development and make this transition.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Design System, ensuring consistency and efficiency across diverse platforms and products (all countries, all products, all BLs).
You will work closely with UX, Product Designers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Development Teams to establish and enforce design standards, manage resources effectively, and stay informed about emerging trends and technologies. Your collaboration will extend to cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to create a cohesive and innovative design environment.
