Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute qualification test plans to validate new product designs against defined customer use cases and performance requirements.
- Support the design and implementation of Accelerated Life Testing (ALT) and stress testing methodologies to evaluate the reliability of critical components.
- Perform statistical analysis of test and reliability data (e.g., DOE, Cpk, regression analysis) and prepare clear, structured technical reports.
- Evaluate component and system-level quality, collaborating closely with suppliers to drive continuous quality improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting using structured methodologies (e.g., 5-Why, 8D) in collaboration with cross-functional Engineering teams.
- Ensure defects identified during qualification testing are properly documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
