Purpose

To support the effective implementation of Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (DMEAL) activities at project and cluster level. The role ensures adherence to the DMEAL Framework, supports monitoring, data management and reporting, and promotes the use of evidence to improve programme performance. The Officer works closely with the DMEAL Coordinator, Technical Leads and Programme staff to ensure compliance with standards, strengthen data quality, and contribute to programme learning and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Design and Planning

  • Support Clusters/APs and Programme teams to coordinate programme assessments, design/redesign processes using partnership standards and guidelines such as the Adaptive Programme Approach (APA).
