Job Description
Main purpose of the
Design Manager role:This is full-time role for a highly experienced, talented Designer Manager who is driven by and can lead on-trend design and concept. This position will report to the Design Director and SVP to help oversee the development, implementation and execution of monthly design plans. This includes leading the team in the research, development, sketching, and development of tech packs to execute on-trend styles on a seasonal basis with keeping key productivity and sales metrics in mind. The Design Manager will be an out of the box thinker and leader who exudes passion and knowledge, who can also effectively collaborate with the existing team, outside vendors, and across all levels of the organization.
