Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to design team to foster professional growth and collaboration.
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of the design process, ensuring all design solutions meet client requirements, building codes, and budgetary constraints while leading the team toward high-quality project outcomes.
- Review design drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee project design progress, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from conceptualization through to construction.
- Ensure site construction aligns with the original design intent and resolve technical challenges.
- Optimize design solutions for cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field.
