Design Manager (Civil)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Chartered status or CPEng highly regarded).
• Regional Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience leading and delivering civil design for major Australian projects.
• Project Experience: Must have a proven track record managing design delivery for:

•Hospitals, data centers, commercial buildings

• Design Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary design teams, manage design programs, and control project budgets and risks.
• Approvals & Stakeholders: Expert knowledge of Australian Standards (AS), NCC, and Austroads, with extensive experience managing council, authority, and utility approvals.
