Job Description
You build the brand. You make it look good. You ship it. No designer-dev gap. No waiting for specs. No Figma handoff. You design in code, move fast, iterate based on what actually happens when it's live. Website, dashboard, marketing, emails, social. Everything looks like one person made it on purpose. It does - you did.
What you'll do:
- Own the entire visual experience: web, product, marketing, everything.
- Design and code simultaneously.
- Use Next.js, Tailwind, React.
- Ship v1 today.
- Make decisions on taste and own them. If wrong, iterate.
- Don't ask permission. Set the standard.
- Make developers look at Zernio and see “these people know what they're doing.”
- Build systems that scale: typography, color, components.
- Keep it coherent as we grow.
You probably:
- Have a portfolio that looks intentional.
- Have shipped products or built brands where design mattered....
