Job Description

Role Overview Design and deliver HVAC systems for industrial facilities, with strong exposure to pharmaceutical projects, covering design development, coordination, procurement support, and selected site support. 
Key Responsibilities  HVAC Design (Core Scope)  Independently develop HVAC design deliverables for CD / BD / DD phases 
Prepare: URS – Load & air balance calculations 
A&ID / airflow diagrams 
AHU zoning & pressurization layouts 
HVAC design reports 
Duct layouts & technical specifications 
  
  
 Drawings & Modelling  Develop / review: Detailed & shop drawings 
3D models (Revit / SketchUp) 
  
  
 Design Coordination  Coordinate with LDI / PE / QP during design & execution 
Review LDI & subcontractor submissions for code & URS compliance
