We are seeking an IP Design Engineer, a passionate individual with technical leadership capabilities, to build Connectivity IP portfolios for Lattice FPGA. The role involves working closely with architects to translate specifications into high-speed RTL design, delivering optimal performance, power efficiency, and logic utilization.
Key Skills
- Experience in high-speed SERDES and video protocols (DisplayPort, HDMI, MIPI, SDI) or peripherals (SPI, I2C, I3C) – a plus
- Hands‑on experience in FPGA RTL design, CDC/lint, verification, debugging, and timing closure – preferred
- Programming skills (Verilog, SystemVerilog, C/C++, Perl, TCL, Python)
- Experience in hardware validation or hardware interoperability testing
