Responsibilities
- Lead the design team to ensure creative quality, brand consistency, and on-time delivery
- Serve as technical and creative reference for conceptual development, Key Visuals (KVs), and aesthetic refinement
- Manage daily workflow, prioritize demands, and optimize deadlines in high-volume environments
- Conduct constructive critiques and feedback rituals to develop technical and creative autonomy
- Create institutional campaigns, branding, social media, trade marketing, events, and corporate presentations
- Collaborate with Copywriting, Planning, Audiovisual, PMM, and Operations for integrated deliveries
- Work hands-on on high-complexity or high-impact strategic projects
