Reporting

Reporting to the Engineering Services Manager, the Design Hardware Development Engineer’s role involves

Typical Day Responsible for wiring design not limited to engineering, design, validation, drawing correctness, and DFM/DFA. Create and review 2 D prints of wire harness assemblies including all necessary information required to define and draw wire harness according to customer specifications. Support and collaborate with wiring designers to draft 2 D prints from 3 D math data, defining material and engineering specifications. Prepare RED Mark-up and Delta’s costing and 2 D print release for a wire harness. Create and develop information for uscar21 validation.
