Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Senior Traders while learning and mastering the trading process
2. Provide clients with high-quality, asset-class-specific market intelligence
3. Focus on revenue generation by being proactive and taking initiative
4. Execute orders with accuracy and accountability
5. Produce and distribute research and market intelligence for the derivatives desk
6. Create bespoke or ongoing research products and trading ideas
7. Engage in regular client interactions and handle queries promptly
8. Participate in morning meetings and contribute to the overall desk operations
