Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate end‑to‑end securities and derivatives documentation, including ISDA/CSA, OTC derivatives agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and other key commercial contracts.
Manage cross‑border stakeholders and jurisdictions (preferably US/EMEA) and ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements.
Provide legal advisory, identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
The Successful Applicant
