Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist Workshop Manager in managing the bus workshop and supplies store efficiently and effectively
Manage and achieve the targets set for the workshop's key performance indicators
Manage deployment of resources to optimise costs and enhance productivity
Ensure workshop staff complies with all workshop procedures, safety regulations, directives and work instructions strictly
Review and continually drive improvements in workshop operations with innovative ideas in order to enhance operational excellence
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Engineering Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent, with 5 years of relevant working experience
Sound engineering knowledge and proficient in MS Office
Committed, independent and highly motivated with drive
Able to adapt and work independently under pressure in a fast paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
