Deputy Operations Manager - SURTASS Program

The **Deputy Operations Manager** provides direct leadership, financial control, and operational oversight for the prime contractor executing the **Surveillance Towed Array Sensor System (SURTASS)** contract. Acting as the secondary corporate authority to the Program Manager, you will manage day-to-day business operations, subcontractor performance, and mission execution. This role ensures that civilian and contractor crews aboard T-AGOS ocean surveillance vessels meet all U.S. Navy mission requirements safely, on schedule, and within corporate margin targets.
