Support the Nursing Manager to achieve quality patient care in line with the hospital operational goals and objectives

Manage patient risks to achieve patient safety in line with specified clinical outcomes

Ensure a positive patient experience in line with corporate benchmarks

Ensure optimal utilisation of a competent and engaged workforce and other resources in line with the relevant company guidelines

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Degree/diploma in nursing Appropriate leadership/management qualification

DESIRED EDUCATION: Discipline-specific qualification- Theatre trained registered nurse REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience in a supervisory position, e.g. Unit Manager
